Group 2: Accra - Cape Coast - Accra

Tour Length: 9 Days
Day 1: Arrival & Cultural Introduction (Accra)
• Welcome ceremony with drumming and dancing.
• Visit the W.E.B. DuBois Center to explore Ghana’s Pan-African heritage.
Day 2: Community Engagement & Market Experience
• Visit a local school or orphanage for an interactive session with children.
• Explore Makola Market and enjoy local street food tasting.
Day 3: Traditional Arts & Crafts (Eastern Region)
• Participate in bead-making and pottery workshops with local artisans.
• Enjoy a home-cooked Ghanaian meal in a local village.
Day 4: Village Stay & Farming Experience (Eastern Region)
• Engage in traditional farming and cooking lessons.

Day 5: Ashanti Traditions & Naming Ceremony (Kumasi)

• Travel back to Accra and visit the James Town Fishing Harbour.

Day 8: Half-Day Cooking Class at James Town (Accra)
• Participate in a cooking class with food vendors at James Town.
• Learn to prepare traditional dishes like kenkey with fried fish, and enjoy a tasting session.
Day 9: Reflection & Departure (Accra)
• Last-minute shopping at the Arts Centre for souvenirs and crafts.
• Farewell lunch featuring Ghanaian delicacies before airport transfer.
